Ingredients

  1. 2 crabs
  2. 1 spring onion (slice)
  3. 1 ginger (slice)
  4. SAUCE:
  5. 4 salted egg yolk (steamed and mashed)
  6. 1 tbsp butter
  7. 1 tbsp oil
  8. 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  9. 5 curry leaves
  10. 2 eye-bird chilli (optional)
  11. 1 can evaporated milk (390 g)
  12. Salt
  13. Sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Steam the crab with ginger and spring onion 12 mins. Put aside.

  2. 2

    Heat oil and butter. Add garlic, curry leaves and chilli until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Add evaporated milk, salt, pepper, mashed egg yolk. Stir and cook until the sauce gets thickened.

    Add the crab and toss well to coat. Ready to serve.
