When you get bored with the red style curries then just make it with green chilies or pepper. I have a leftover mint raita in the fridge that helped me to make my dish last night.
Happy Chicken curry day🤗

Ingredients

45 mins
4 persons
  1. 500 gms chicken
  2. 3/4 cup Mint raita (made with mint, chilli, garlic, cumin and yogurt)
  3. 2 tbs white korma powder
  4. 4 garlic cloves (freshly ground)
  5. 1 chunck of ginger (freshly ground)
  6. 2 green chillies chopped
  7. 1/3 tsp white pepper
  8. 2 tbs cream
  9. 2 tbs ground almond and pistachio powder
  10. Oil

Cooking Instructions

45 mins
  1. 1

Wash chicken properly and pour leftover mint raita first then add chopped ginger garlic and green chilies

  2. 2

Add white korma masala and white pepper for flavor and taste. Pour oil. Mix it well and leave for 20 mins.

  3. 3

After 20 mins, put the pot on the stove and stir it. Cover it and let it cook under the yogurt water. Once the chicken has cooked and is tender put the almond and pistachio powder (I always ground and keep it in my fridge) and pour in the cream. Mix it and cook it for 5 more mins on low flame.

  4. 4

Add a green chili with a slit and cover it.

  5. 5

Dish out and garnish it with chopped coriander. Serve with bagharey rice and potatoes with salad.
