We are in spring season in Melbourne. Kids requested me to make something cold treats. Came up with fruit yoghurt idea of making barks. Kids absolutely loved eating them and enjoyed it so much😍 #mycookbook

Ingredients

5 -6 hrs
8 servings
  1. 350 g strawberry yoghurt
  2. 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  3. 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  4. 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  5. 1 tbsp sprinkles

Cooking Instructions

5 -6 hrs
  1. 1

    Line a tray with baking paper

  2. 2

    Spread yoghurt evenly on the tray and sprinkle all toppings nicely,covering all parts.

    Freeze it for min 4 hours or until set. Cut into slices and enjoy
