  1. For the crust
  2. 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  3. 1/4 cup coconut oil
  4. 2 tbsp honey
  5. For the filling
  6. 3 cups cashews
  7. 1 cup strawberries
  8. 1/2 cup coconut cream
  9. 1/3 cup coconut oil
  10. 1/4 cup lemon juice
  11. 1/4 cup honey
  12. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  13. For the topping
  14. 1 cup blueberries
  15. 1 cup strawberries
  16. 2 tbsp honey
  17. 1/4 cup water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients for the crust and pour them into a cake shape

  2. 2

    Put all the ingredients for the filling in a blender, blend well and then pour them over the crust

  3. 3

    Put all the ingredients for the topping in a saucepan and cook them until they release their juice

  4. 4

    Let the topping cool and then pour it over the filling
