    Pill yam and slice into desirable shapes wash and put in a clean pot add water and salt.. cover and cook for 5min..

    Slice your tomatoes, pepper and onion put in a bowl and set aside..

    Break egg and pour in a bowl whisk very well.. add pinch salt and your seasoning cubes..

    Put a pan on fire pour you vegetable oil allow oil to get hot

    Pour your egg and stir.. all to cook for 1min..

    Your yam and egg sauce is ready..
