  1. 10 fresh tomatoes
  2. 4 fresh pepper
  3. 1 medium onion bulb
  4. 4 eggs
  5. to taste salt
  6. 2 seasoning cube.

    Wash your tomatoes, onion and pepper slice and put in a bowl

    Break your egg and pour in a bowl whisk very well.. pour in your tomatoes, onion and pepper add your salt and seasoning cube.. whisk and set aside

    Put a pan on fire.. pour in your vegetable oil allow oil to get hot.. pour in your mix egg.. stir very well.. allow to cook for 5min.. add little water..

    Your egg sauce is ready..
