Preparing time for meat was 35 minute. Boerewors you don't need to marinate your just make them sausage size and place them aside.

In a bowl pour all your dry ingredients and stir with a spoon the pour your chutney to taste including original marinate mixed well then place your meat in the mixture.

Rub the meat gently and once done cover the meat with a lid and place it in the fridge for a day or 5hrs

Prepare your charcoal braai stove and make that fire to braai the meat.

Start to grill/ braai your meat each side for 10 minutes each side once you done with prime steak start with boerewors

This braai meat can be served with pap, salads
