Ingredients

20minutes
8 servings
  1. 1 kg margarine
  2. 2 cups sugar
  3. 100 g apricot jam
  4. 3 eggs
  5. 2 tsp vanilla essence
  6. 3 tsp baking powder
  7. 100 g coconut
  8. 12 cups flour
  9. 50 g ground cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix margarine and sugar dissolve then add eggs and vanilla essence

  2. 2

    Add flour and baking powder then take kota of the dough put in a bowl and pour coconut mix and refrigerate

  3. 3

    Then put the remaining dough on a greased pan and press it all over the pan then spread it with jam and sprinkle with cinnamon

  4. 4

    Take out the refrigerate dough and grate it over the cinnamon and bake

  5. 5

    When baked let it cool and slice
