The project, slated to cost $1.8 billion overall, is the largest single infrastructure project in the history of Saskatchewan. The bypass is owned on behalf of the public by the Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure with design, construction, operations, and long-term maintenance performed by the Regina Bypass Partners.
