Old furniture and decoration. Good bed and very gentle and nice personnel. Shower is my only complaint: water goes in small quantities and shower head missed some parts which made the jet scarce.

Adoro a vista pro lado do rio, com o terminal do Buquebus e o rio da Prata ao fundo!! Localização excelente. O hotel tem serviço bom e quartos claros e espaçosos.
22nd floors lounge is quiet and has a great view of the Retiro station and surrounding area. A glass of wine while looking the city "slowing down" is a must

Horrible Wi-Fi, use the Ethernet cable in the room with your laptop or connect your own Wi-Fi router! Than Internet is fast and stable! :-)

Lo remodelaron casi todo... Sigue teniendo categoría 5 ***** ( para mí ni lo es!!!) las plantas de lobby un desastre todas semi muertas y la atención de la gente muchos de ellos patética!

Es un clásico 5 estrellas, muy bien ubicado con un vista espectacular de Puerto Madero.
Excelente!! Buenísima atención que hacen que la estadía sea sumamente placentera..
Pidan habitación con vista al río de la Plata. Las mejores vistas.
CAUTION: HSBC ATM machine in the lobby is compromised. 8 people I know have fraud ATM charges in Bolivian pesos appearing on their accounts in the past 48hrs!!

A very old hotel that hasn't been kept in a good condition at all. Staff are not very helpful. Got the opposite to what I asked for when emailing ahead. Never got a reply to my email. Don't stay here.
