Hello Everyone,

Update 17 has deployed on all platforms!

This update brings the release of the brand new Tobruk map, Dynamic Sandstorms and some Quality of Life Improvements!

The Second Siege of Tobruk was a short lived battle set in Tobruk - Libya that saw the capitulation of the British defences, within a single day. Set on 20th June of 1942, the Second Siege of Tobruk featured the successful campaign of the Deutsche Afrika Korps against the British 8th Army, as the harsh summer sandstorms rolled in. Aside from the close-quarters combat of the city proper, the map also features various caves, aptly named the “Desert Rat Caves” after the defenders of Tobruk, who were often referred to as the “Rats of Tobruk”.

Tobruk comes with the following game modes:

Cinereous Monk, could you please try updating your audio drivers? Here’s how you can do it:

Open your Windows Device Manager by clicking on the Windows Task Bar.
Type "Device Manager" in the search field and hit Enter.
Expand the "Sound, Video and Game Controllers" section.
Right-click on all devices and select "Update driver."

Also, it might help to delete this folder: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\HLL. This will allow the program to recreate the necessary files, which might resolve your VoIP issues.

To best assist you, can you please tell us if you can't find any compatible server at all or if you can see the list of servers but not join them? Please give us more details about this issue you are experiencing.

In the meantime, please try running Steam as an administrator:

Navigate to your Steam install folder (Default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam)
Locate the application
Right-click it and go to Properties
Click the Compatibility tab
Check the Run this program as an administrator box

If they do not help, can you please complete the following steps:

Click on the Windows logo, type %localappdata% and Enter
Open HLL folder and go to Saved > Config > WindowsNoEditor
Delete the GameUserSettings.ini file
Launch game and retest saving your settings

Thank you for bringing this 4k issue to our attention while playing Hell Let Loose. We understand how frustrating it can be as it disrupts your gameplay experience.

We know you've mentioned that modifying the ini file shouldn't be the solution, but have you tried it?

Additionally, have you followed the recommendations provided by other players in this thread?

Please also try the following steps: Go to the game Options > Video, and change the Fullscreen Mode to Fullscreen. Then, click on the Master Quality option and set it to any desired setting so that the Fullscreen Resolution options appear below. Select one of the options, starting with a lower resolution to test it.

Let us know if changing the resolution resolves the issue with the mouse not aligning with the menu selections.

Just to make sure we're on the right track, could you let us know if your game is installed on your main drive and if it is on an SSD?

Also, could you double-check that your monitor is connected to your GPU slots instead of the motherboard? And if you’re using HDMI, it might be worth trying a DisplayPort connection, as that could provide better data transfer.

Pak, thanks for reaching out about your FPS issue! It sounds a bit frustrating. To recap your situation: You're getting around 100 fps at 2k resolution (1440p) on epic settings with your 3060ti, but when you try to play on a different HD (1080p) monitor, your fps drops to an average of 70 on the same settings. That definitely sounds odd!

To help us figure out what might be going on, could you please share your DxDiag information? Just follow these simple steps:
