SHIPPING & HANDLING

  • Diners reserves the right to not ship any COD order that is not verified by customer via automated call. 
  • For COD orders, you will receive an automated verification call. Please answer and press '1' to confirm your order.
  • You may track the shipping status of your order by clicking on the tracking link sent to you via email or by visiting this page Track your order.
  • We reserve the rights to cancel the orders any time before the order is processed, reasons may include: Out of stock items, pricing, or technical errors.

DELIVERY TIME

  • We at Diners aim to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours once the order is confirmed.
  • You are requested to be available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you.
  • The estimated average delivery time across Pakistan is 4 to 5 working days.
  • During sale or any event delivery time may exceed due to high volume.

DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Flat shipping rate of Rs.150 would apply on all local orders.
  • Charges for all International delivery vary from country to country depending upon city, state, country, and locality.
    To calculate shipment charges, you can select any product and checkout with your delivery address to calculate the estimated delivery charges (doesn’t include any taxes & duties).
  • Please note that international orders may be subject to taxes & duties and will be the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable duties or fees will be collected at the time of order delivery by the courier.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

  • Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number.
  • You can track your order on the respective courier website mentioned in your email.
  • If you don't get any tracking updates please write to us at [email protected]
  • Diners cannot be held liable for late delivery/collection by third-party postal/courier companies.
