Return and Exchange Policy

30-Day Policy for Returns and Exchanges

  3. Include a Note: Inside the package, include a note with your full name, order number, and clear instructions whether you seek a return or an exchange. For exchanges, specify the item(s) you wish to receive.
  4. Return Address: Ship the package to DNDDICE.COM, 7121 N Austin Ave., Niles, IL 60714.

Shipping Costs

  • General Policy: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where DNDDICE.COM deems it appropriate to assume these costs (e.g., defective items or company errors). This determination is made solely at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Processing Time

  • Upon Receipt: We will process your return or exchange promptly after receiving the items and inform you of the next steps.

Damages and Issues

Non-Returnable Items
