Refunds
A product may be refunded so long as the purchase is within 30 days unopened, and unused. Please contact us at [email protected] to receive a return authorization number. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Once the order has been returned, a refund will be processed to the original card used for purchase. Refunds may take up to 10 days, depending on the card carrier.
Late or missing refunds

Exchanges
For product damaged upon arrival or defective, the product will be replaced. If you need to exchange, send us an email at [email protected]. Please help us by providing any details or images of the damage. A replacement will be shipped out within 48hrs on business days.
