The Secret Room is a Location. It will already be placed when beginning a new game and its entrance is found inside the Dream Castle, to the right after you enter, through some potted topiaries. Its entrance will not be revealed and cannot be entered until it is unlocked during the Mickey Mouse Level 10 Friendship quest The Secret Door. It cannot be moved.

Between the Sewing Table and the Monumental Marble Vase: Worn-Out Book / Looks like this book has been read a lot. Someone drew a tower on the first page.
In front of the Burlap Bags, to the right of the Bike Seat Stool: Fairy Tale Book / A classic fairy tale book about a prince in distress and a damsel to the rescue.
In the corner to the right of the entrance, next to the Rusted Trashcan: Scrooge's Accounting Records / This book contains Scrooge's accounting records from before the Forgetting. Looks like he was selling a lot for a major profit.
