Eagle Eye is committed to running our business in the most ethical and honest way possible and adhering to our values at all times; our values are excellence, teamwork, integrity, passion, innovation and kindness.
These values form the core or our day-to-day activities and how we interact with each other, but also how we interact with our partners and suppliers. To that end we work with all our suppliers and partners to ensure our values are upheld and that our policies, which govern how we behave, are agreed to.
Employment Policy
Eagle Eye is committed to ensuring equal opportunities and fair treatment for all its people. We aim to provide an environment where everyone feels comfortable and is treated with respect and dignity, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, transgender status, marital or family status, colour, race, nationality, ethnic or national origins, creed, culture, religion or belief, age, disability or any other personal factor or quality.
This policy is to enable employees who believe they have been harassed or bullied to raise a complaint either informally or formally and to provide a framework for resolving complaints and stopping any behaviour that is causing offence or distress. This applies to all employees regardless of type of employment.
In addition, we commit to the following:
- Eagle Eye will not use unlawful child labour.
- Eagle Eye will pay fair wages.
- Eagle Eye will not permit harassment or abuse of its employees.
- Eagle Eye will not discriminate on any grounds, and we promote equality of opportunity throughout our company.
- We comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations in the countries in which we operate.
We expect all our suppliers and partners to also operate in the same way and to formally agree they have active employment policies in place that cover the above areas.
Anti-Bribery Policy
It is Eagle Eye’s policy to conduct all of our business in an honest and ethical manner. We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships wherever we operate.
We comply with all applicable anti-bribery, anti-corruption and anti-money laundering laws and regulations in the countries in which we operate.
If any conflict of interest is suspected or any family or close personal interests may influence any decisions, then these relationships or interests should be disclosed.
We expect all our suppliers and partners to also operate in the same way and to formally agree they have an anti-bribery policy in place.
Environmental Policy
Eagle Eye believes in saving the planet and uses environmentally sustainable products and providers wherever possible.
Our platforms are hosted on the Google Cloud Platform, Google have been carbon neutral since 2007 and aim to be carbon-free by 2030 – please see their commitments at https://sustainability.google/commitments-europe/.
Our Platform helps our clients reduce the use of paper via our digital solution.
Eagle Eye promotes sustainable commuting by providing bike loans via the Cycle to Work scheme and providing electric cars via the Government salary sacrifice electric car scheme for our employees. We actively encourage the reduction of unnecessary travel via the use of technology and video conferencing.
We operate in accordance with all national and local environmental laws, standards, regulations, administrative practices and policies in the countries in which we operate.
We expect all our suppliers and partners to operate in the same way and to agree that they have an active environmental policy in place formally.
Corporate Social Responsibility Policy
Eagle Eye is committed to supporting the community in which we work, and to support the charities close to our employees, we operate a charity committee which meets regularly to organise our charity fund raising events.
Eagle Eye formally supports 52 Lives and have a number of active fundraising activities throughout the year. Plus, we have the ability for all staff to Give as they Earn. Our employees regularly participate in their own personal charity fundraising events which Eagle Eye also contributes towards.
We are very people-focused and believe our people are our greatest asset, we run a number of people-focused committees to help make Eagle Eye a great place to work. These include committees focused on values, mental health, charities, sports, and music, and we have employee resource groups such as Purple Women.
We respect the human rights of our staff and all our partners and suppliers and will not subject anyone to any form of violence, discrimination, harassment, intimidation or abuse.
We will provide a safe and hazard-free environment for our staff to work in, with health and safety training, fire prevention equipment and fire safety training.
We expect all our suppliers and partners to formally agree that they also have a corporate social responsibility policy in place.
Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy
Eagle Eye respects the protection of fundamental human rights and passionately believes that human trafficking and any form of slavery, servitude forced or compulsory labour or child labour has no place anywhere, in any of our offices in any country or in any of our suppliers or partners.
We operate in accordance with all national and local anti-slavery and human trafficking laws, standards, regulations, administrative practices and policies in the countries in which we operate.
We expect all our suppliers and partners to formally agree that they also have an anti-slavery and human trafficking policy in place.
Data and Privacy and Cyber Security Policy
Eagle Eye is proud to be fully certified to the International Standard ISO27001 and has ISAE 3402 attestation.
We take all necessary steps to ensure that the information we hold is properly managed and protected. All information is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard security systems and firewalls, we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in connection with all the information we hold.
All our staff are trained and take the necessary steps to ensure that information is properly managed and protected by being aware of how we use information every day, understanding and following the guidelines in our documents, and highlighting and reporting any potential (or real) security risks, issues or other observations to our Security Team.
We operate in accordance with all national and local data protection laws, standards, regulations, administrative practices and policies in the countries in which we operate.
We expect all our suppliers and partners to formally agree that they also have data and privacy policies in place.
Business continuity and disaster recovery
Eagle Eye has procedures in place to keep our critical business functions running in the event of disruption and we have disaster recovery plans in place which focus on restoring the technology platforms that our clients use and platforms that support our critical and day-to-day business operations.
As part of our ISMS and ISO27001 certification, our processes and procedures are tested on a regular basis and reported on annually as part of our ISAE 3402 attestation.
We expect all our suppliers and partners to formally agree that they also have business continuity and disaster recovery policies in place.
