If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you. Please don't hesitate to contact us. We will try our best to meet your request.

Order Cancellation:

Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 1 hour of purchase. If you decide to cancel/change the order, please email us. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests after 1 hour of purchase.

Return Process:

1. Please contact us with your order number. For defective, incorrect items, please attach a picture.

2. All returns must be approved by our customer service team. We'll send you the nearest warehouse for the return.

3. Returns are processed within 5 days after we receive your package. The refunded amount is credited back using the original payment method.

Return & Refund Policy:

1. You have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to assess if an item fulfills your needs. Should you wish to return or exchange the item, please make sure to reach out to us within this 30-day period.

2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: beauty products, gift cards, bodysuits, lingerie sets & sleepwear, swimwear, underwear (including women's shapewear and body shapers)

3. The Final sale items (30% off or more) cannot be returned. Outlet items are non-returnable.

4. We do not provide prepaid return labels and you are responsible for covering shipping costs to the unwanted return. However, to show our appreciation for your business, we will issue you a store gift card equal to the value of your return shipping costs, you must email a copy of the return receipt showing the amount paid for shipping.

5. All item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund.
