Any citizen of the European Union and any natural or legal person residing or having its registered office in a member state has a right of access to EDPB documents. This right applies to all documents held by the EDPB, concerning any matter relating to its responsibility.
In exceptional cases, the EDPB can refuse to disclose a document or part of it. The reasons for refusal and other procedural rules are outlined in the EU Public Access Regulation.
If you believe that you have been unjustifiably refused access then you can lodge a complaint with the European Ombudsman, or you can bring an action before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
