Streets of Rage is an upcoming American action film written by Derek Kolstad. The film is an adaptation of the Sega video game series of the same name to be distributed by Lionsgate.
Production
editDerek Kolstad wrote a spec script to adapt the Streets of Rage video game franchise for film. In April 2022, development was first announced by production companies dj2 Entertainment and Escape Artists.[1] By November 2022, Lionsgate agreed to distribute the film, and the full producer team was announced.[2]
