I think the definition of a finitely generated left R-module M is wrong. The definition in the article implies, that there are m_1,... ,m_n in R such that M is a subset of R*m_1 + ... + R*m_n. - The definition is fine. The two sets are equal because the set of linear combinations is trivially a subset of M. Rschwieb (talk) 13:33, 17 July 2018 (UTC)
