Desysoped?editIf I may ask, why did you desysop yourself? You were one of the best admins around. Can we still count on you for closing DRVs that don't require the sysop bit? Owen× ☎ 15:15, 3 November 2024 (UTC)

Reminder to participate in Wikipedia researcheditHello, I recently invited you to take a survey about administration on Wikipedia. If you haven’t yet had a chance, there is still time to participate– we’d truly appreciate your feedback. The survey is anonymous and should take about 10-15 minutes to complete. You may read more about the study on its Meta page and view its privacy statement. Take the survey here. I’m writing an article about Wikipedia and for the lede I’m mentioning this discussion that you and some other editors had earlier this year that led to deleting the pages about me and my sister. The article isn’t me whining about how I don’t have a page but it’s the hook for a different topic relating to Wikipedia editing culture. I was hoping I might be able to ask you some questions about the general process you guys use for this stuff. Nothing “gotcha” or anything. But I don’t know any Wikipedia editors and s that deletion page was just brought to my attention I thought you’d be a good person to reach out to. My email is bendreyfuss at gmail dot com if you’re open to chatting with me! best, ben 2600:8804:2311:2E00:94DC:B34F:99E7:53D6 (talk) 02:34, 17 November 2024 (UTC) |
