Bandera Carlista

editWhere you need to go is WP:SPI, as you were guessing. As far as the Flag of New Spain.svg, I've requested help from a Commons administrator, who (unlike you and me) will be able to move it back to its previous title. If you want any more help, feel free to ask; just please note that I'll have long periods of time each day with no Internet access for the near future. Nyttend (talk) 14:24, 15 August 2012 (UTC)

editI made a topic ban proposal, but it's getting very little input from the community. Apparently, people are not commenting because they are not familiar with the topic. Can you leave a comment there? --Enric Naval (talk) 11:59, 3 December 2012 (UTC)
