- Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia
- Respect copyrights – do not copy and paste text or images directly from other websites.
- Maintain a neutral point of view – this is one of Wikipedia's core policies.
- Take particular care while adding biographical material about a living person to any Wikipedia page and follow Wikipedia's Biography of Living Persons policy. Particularly, controversial and negative statements should be referenced with multiple reliable sources.
- No edit warring or sock puppetry.
- If you are testing, please use the Sandbox to do so.
- Do not add troublesome content to any article, such as: copyrighted text, libel, advertising or promotional messages, and text that is not related to an article's subject. Deliberately adding such content or otherwise editing articles maliciously is considered vandalism; doing so will result in your account or IP being blocked from editing.
- Do not use talk pages as discussion or forum pages as Wikipedia is not a forum.
The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome! clpo13(talk) 19:55, 3 November 2015 (UTC)

The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

Disambiguation link notification for July 8
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Darbhanga, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Metropolitan city. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:01, 8 July 2023 (UTC)

editPlease don't change the format of dates. As a general rule, if an article has evolved using predominantly one format, the dates should be left in the format they were originally written in, unless there are reasons for changing it based on strong national ties to the topic. Please also note that Wikipedia does not use ordinal suffixes (e.g., st, nd, th), articles, or leading zeros on dates.
For more information about how dates should be written on Wikipedia, please see this page.
If you have any questions about this, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}}
on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Enjoy your time on Wikipedia. You have done this in many pages so this is your only warning. – sbaio 10:00, 11 June 2024 (UTC)
- Yeah whatever. Use the probably date format then, it should be Day Month Year like how the rest of the world uses. Jayson Taylor (talk) 15:32, 11 June 2024 (UTC)

- Why do you care. Ages should be up to date, why isn't the algorithm updating the ages on its own then? I understand it's a very minor detail, I just want them updated. You don't need to be so passive aggressive thank you very much Mr. Skankee. Jayson Taylor (talk) 06:24, 30 September 2024 (UTC)
