Article about a person not truly notable per WP:BLP1E. The event this person reportedly is notable for didn't even happen, which reduces it to nothing more than a petty fraud crime story. Minor human interest story at the time, but not worthy of note in an encyclopaedia.
BLP1E says probably don't have an article:
- 1) If reliable sources cover the person only in the context of a single event.
- 2) If that person otherwise remains, and is likely to remain, a low-profile individual.
- 3) If the event is not significant or the individual's role was either not substantial or not well documented. John Hinckley Jr., for example, has a separate article because the single event he was associated with, the Reagan assassination attempt, was significant and his role was both substantial and well documented.
Tick on all three counts.
Should probably add; most refs are same story regurgitated. ClubOranjeT 11:23, 11 June 2019 (UTC)

- Delete sourcing in searches for this WP:BLP1E is too thin to pass WP:CRIME.E.M.Gregory (talk) 14:54, 12 June 2019 (UTC)
- Delete per nom and per WP:CRIME I found no indication that the exposure of the fraud has even resulted in prosecution, so there's no basis for an article. Roger (Dodger67) (talk) 09:56, 13 June 2019 (UTC)
