Delete. Almost certainly an uncredited translation of de:Markus Rüegg, by an editor with the same username. A search turned up one additional item from the University of Basel website, but nothing independent and in-depth. German WP has no article on the Rudolf-Bing-Preis, which Rüegg won in 2000. A respectable academic, but no sign of passing WP:NPROF, WP:NBIO or WP:GNG. Narky Blert (talk) 13:17, 3 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
