Fails WP:NAUTHOR and WP:BASIC. The only available reliable source seems to be the cited The Hindu opinion article. - Mr X 20:52, 11 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Keep. I did a quick media search and found a ton of extremely reliable sources on her, including coverage in Vibe, Essence, W Magazine, Teen Vogue, The Guardian, New York Daily News, E! News, The Telegraph, and Wired Magazine. In addition, she has been described as "perhaps the most famous poet on Instagram" in Jet Magazine. While this poet is young and at the start of her career, she has already established her notability per Wikipedia guidelines.
