Jimenez is notable only for his arrest on May 29, no lasting notability. Delete per WP: BIO1E. Natg 19 (talk) 05:14, 5 June 2020 (UTC)

- Keep, per the sources found by TJMSmith, he received coverage far prior to his arrest, and so he passes WP:BLP1E. Devonian Wombat (talk) 13:43, 5 June 2020 (UTC)
- Keep per GNG. ---Another Believer (Talk) 14:04, 5 June 2020 (UTC)
- Keep Notable prior to his arrest.-- P-K3 (talk) 14:39, 5 June 2020 (UTC)
- Keep per TJMSmith and Devonian Wombat. The relevant acronym is WP:BLP1E, rather than WP:BIO1E, since Jimenez is alive, and none of the three criteria at WP:BLP1E for when we
generally should avoid having an article on a person
really apply here. He's been covered in connection with other things, he's not really "low profile", and his role has been well documented. XOR'easter (talk) 15:10, 5 June 2020 (UTC) - Keep the subject definitely meets WP:GNG and he was notable even prior to his arrest. Abishe (talk) 19:24, 5 June 2020 (UTC)
- Keep Agree with points made above. He was notable before his arrest; recent events have simply cause a flurry of actvity because of their association with the George Floyd protests. ----Dr.Margi ✉ 01:23, 6 June 2020 (UTC)
- Weak Keep - article probably passes WP:GNG, but could use some work on the subjects work out side of his arrest in the protests. Inter&anthro (talk) 03:52, 6 June 2020 (UTC)
- Keep per XOR'easter and WP:BASIC. He's done enough things to make him notable or "worth knowing", since he's been a newscaster for so long, even getting an Emmy nomination as one. And like others have said, he's had other coverage (even though it's light) before the event. - Whisperjanes (talk) 16:05, 7 June 2020 (UTC)
- Keep Per WP:BASIC. Newscaster for one of the largest broadcasting companies, had historic arrest.--Gim0031 (talk) 01:37, 8 June 2020 (UTC)
