Delete: No claim of significance. I don't see a lot of hits on Google. Just because the person appeared in a newspaper, it doesn't make them notable. Pkbwcgs (talk) 18:13, 19 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Delete & Salt Non notable individual. The article has been deleted earlier in an AfD and has again been recreated. So I have nominated it for speedy. Also the article has been constantly recreated after being denied at AfC and also deleted from mainspace as in these instances (Draft:Repalle Shiva Praveen Kumar, WP:Articles for deletion/Dr Repally Shiva Praveen Kumar, WP:Miscellany for deletion/Draft:Repalle Shiva Praveen Kumar, R.
