Keep: On the contrary it is perfectly relevant to the article. The article is about a film, the file in question is a promotional still from said film, illustrating the main leads as they appear in it, in the production section, and has all the proper rationales. As the discussion that put that image there went, it's a helpful piece of information given how the characters and actors are discussed throughout the article (and the Casting section where the file's on).
