Encyclopaedia of Hindu Gods and Goddesses By Suresh Chandra 1998 states on page 238[1] that no artwork of Niladevi has been discovered. It has been relisted twice and advertised to multiple wikiprojects, without much further input provided. So, working what these slim margins, consensus is in favor of the move.
