Brooke Dion Nelson Norton-Cuffy (born 12 January 2004) is an English professional footballer who plays as a right-back for Serie A club Genoa.
Club career
[edit]Norton-Cuffy began his career with Chelsea,[2][3] before joining Arsenal at the age of twelve, and signing his first professional contract on 21 January 2021.[4] On 18 January 2022, joined Lincoln City on loan for the remainder of the season.[5] He made his senior debut coming off the bench away to Plymouth Argyle on 22 January 2022.[6] He scored his first senior goal against Sheffield Wednesday on 5 March 2022.[7]
On 22 August 2022, he joined Rotherham United on a season-long loan.[8][9] In January 2023 Norton-Cuffy was recalled by Arsenal, and he moved to Coventry City on loan instead.[10][11][12]
On 24 August 2023, he joined Millwall on a season-long loan.[13][14]
On 14 August 2024, he joined Serie A club Genoa for an undisclosed fee.[15]
International career
[edit]Born in England, Norton-Cuffy is of Dominica descent.[16] Having already represented England at U16 and U18 level, he made his U19 debut during a 3–1 win over Republic of Ireland during 2022 UEFA European Under-19 Championship qualification at the Bescot Stadium.[17]
On 17 June 2022, Norton-Cuffy was included in the England U19 squad for the 2022 UEFA European Under-19 Championship.[18] He was a second-half substitute in the final as England beat Israel 3–1 in extra time to win the tournament.[19]
On 22 March 2023, Norton-Cuffy made his debut for the England U20s during a 2–0 win over Germany in Manchester.[20] On 10 May 2023, Norton-Cuffy was included in the England squad for the 2023 FIFA U-20 World Cup.[21][22] However, he did not arrive at the tournament until after the group stages due to Coventry City's participation in the 2023 EFL Championship play-off final.[23] His only appearance of the tournament saw him start in their round of sixteen defeat against Italy.[24]
On 16 October 2023, Norton-Cuffy made his England U21 debut as a substitute during a 3–2 defeat to Ukraine in Košice in 2025 UEFA European Under-21 Championship qualifying.[25]

Initially spotted as a five-year-old at Chelsea's pre-academy development centre in Lambeth, Chelsea successfully fended off other suitors to sign [Malcolm Ebiowei] up. The Bermondsey-raised winger was part of a group including Omari Hutchinson and Brooke Norton-Cuffy, who later followed Ebiowei from west to north London to join Arsenal's famed Hale End academy as youngsters.
