Even the Yangon Region flag have been changed twice: first in circa 2010 and then recently 2021. <br>To update new flag (and seal) *Flags of every Region (except Sagaing Region) are outdated. Changing Facebook profile picture, sadly, is not a good enough source. I see that it is being used and that's certainly a start. Happy to draw some of them later, but for wikipedia copyright we will have to redraw the seals ourselves. I don't think we should remove all the flags while we find out more, draw flags and fix it. You should instead add a note that the flag is outdated.
