Scope

[edit]

Why is the scope "anti-Stalinist left" rather than just "anti-Stalinism"? Or what would the article lose for being scoped around general critiques (opposition) of Stalinism rather than "leftist" critiques?

This article reads to me primarily as a summary style expansion from Stalinism § Opposition, a section that currently does not exist. Whatever is to be written in that parent section, this article should be a split, given the voluminous content. (Same for Leninism and Anti-Leninism.) czar 19:03, 27 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The anti-Stalinist left is a specific thing whereas the generic "anti-Stalinism" would be too capacious a thing, and insufficiently different from anti-communism. [edit]

Hi, I'm not even sure that 'modern' is necessary? 2A01:CB04:A0:4300:DC25:E4A9:ED3D:B994 (talk) 00:48, 26 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
