Election Day (politics) → Election day – The DAB page contains uses where "day" should be capitalised, but for the general term, I think capitalisation (and disambiguation) are unnecessary. Since this article is general, it is about more than just jurisdictions with a legally designated Election Day. Srnec (talk) 12:34, 19 February 2014 (UTC)

- Support per nom. And rename Election Day to Election day (disambiguation). This is the primary topic. -- Necrothesp (talk) 16:08, 19 February 2014 (UTC)
- Support move to Election Day. In many places, it's common to capitalize Election Day as if it were a holiday. Hot Stop 02:26, 20 February 2014 (UTC)
- Yes, but it's not actually a proper name unless it refers to a specific day in a specific country and not a generic one as does this article. -- Necrothesp (talk) 12:53, 20 February 2014 (UTC)
- Agree and support move to "Election day". Capital letters should not be used in common names. Mama meta modal (talk) 14:59, 23 February 2014 (UTC).
