What about Wally Schirra's cold?
[edit]There is no mention of this at all. This is significant in many ways. The effect on his mental state, to name just one. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 101.174.38.36 (talk) 07:12, 5 July 2014 (UTC)
Edit: Perhaps you are referring to Schirra's head cold during Apollo 7, heavily covered in its Wikipedia page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.119.141.15 (talk) 07:59, 24 December 2015 (UTC)
Edit: I suppose you're right. I can not now find any reference to a cold during Gemini; I thought I had when I made the entry. Sorry.70.119.141.15 (talk) 01:15, 13 May 2016 (UTC)

headache quote
[edit]@AndrewRG10: The headache quote is: headache quote, but how reliable is the source? But I think that I've heard it elsewhere.
And see this. Bubba73 You talkin' to me? 06:05, 30 December 2019 (UTC)
- I trust those people from that NSF thread but I think this is one of those old fables which someone misidentified and was told as fact for the past few decades. I just haven't heard of any reliable source for that quote and it seems someone asked for reference a few years ago. Also see here it seems Gordon Cress, who based on my quick 5 minute internet search did indeed work on Gemini and Apollo in his 20's, says he witnessed that test and John and Gus were not there. I just think best to stick to wiki rules and just remove it till there is better evidence than old rumor.AndrewRG10 Talk 07:20, 30 December 2019 (UTC)
- OK. It isn't important to include in the article anyway. Bubba73 You talkin' to me? 15:49, 30 December 2019 (UTC)
