[edit]this article needs updating, there have been developments in the litigation as well as some other new info. i am noting this here as much to remind myself to come back and fix it as to get anyone else to do it, although a knowledgeable person would be more useful than me--i can only trawl google and such. Vietnam War service
[edit]Although Grasso served in the army during the Vietnam War era, no reliable sources found as of yet state that he served in Vietnam. 9/11 2001 and aftermath
