- I will do this review.--TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 03:43, 13 June 2014 (UTC)
- Thanks. Hopefully I'll start tackling the issues in earnest tomorrow. Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 12:49, 15 June 2014 (UTC)
- The toolbox to the right shows about 14 or 15 problematic citation issues.--TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 22:22, 13 June 2014 (UTC)
- I think these are all store links, which "cite" individual CD releases in the list near the bottom. I think this brief section probably wants redoing. Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 12:49, 15 June 2014 (UTC)
- I've removed the discography, as I'm not convinced the releases there were not self-promotion (I didn't add them), and an Allmusic discography does not mention any of them. The remaining link (a University of Michigan page that I think I added while trying to retro-source things) I've tagged for the minute.
- I fixed the remaining dead link, but forgot to note it here. Checklinks gives no dead links. Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 16:05, 30 June 2014 (UTC)
- The toolbox has disappeared.--TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 23:30, 1 July 2014 (UTC)
- Yes, toolserver is dead. Lots of problems reported. Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 10:36, 2 July 2014 (UTC)
- I can't imagine that the toolserver is down permanentnly. What is the forecast?--TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 19:20, 2 July 2014 (UTC)

No idea. Check the Village pump or the Good article nominations talk page to see what happens. Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 21:02, 2 July 2014 (UTC)
- Wikipedia:Wikipedia Signpost/2014-07-02/Technology report explains things. this page suggest that there is still one semi-problematic link.--TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 20:42, 7 July 2014 (UTC)
- Damn link rot. Fixed. Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 12:34, 8 July 2014 (UTC)
Upon reading the LEAD, I am not sure what to make of the claim that they "sporadically record". Does this mean that they make CDs on occasion or appear on television shows on occasion?--TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 22:28, 13 June 2014 (UTC)
- I've removed this. Their notability is on concert performances and touring, as you might expect most traditional chorale music to be. Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 09:15, 16 June 2014 (UTC)
Does their "involvement both on and beyond the campus of the university" include recruiting members from campuses other than the main Ann Arbor campus?--TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 22:28, 13 June 2014 (UTC)
- No, I think I just put this in to demonstrate that the club is still a going concern. Reworded. Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 17:51, 16 June 2014 (UTC)
- Not sure if this is an adequate summary, since i have not read the main body yet.--TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 22:28, 13 June 2014 (UTC)
- Incarnations and early tours
"which allowed singers to tackle smaller groups such as barbershop effectively"-seems imprecise. I think they tackled works arranged for smaller groups rather than the groups themselves.--TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 10:12, 15 June 2014 (UTC)
- I've gone for "requiring less singers" as an alternative. Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 09:15, 16 June 2014 (UTC)
"The "Banjo" was dropped from the name in 1905, and "Mandolin" in 1924"- did these instruments continue to be performed despite the name change?--TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 10:12, 15 June 2014 (UTC)
- The source doesn't say, just that the name reverted. I'll see if I can pull up another source. Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 17:51, 16 June 2014 (UTC)
- The official history states, "the Banjo Club ceased to exist, and in 1923, the Mandolin Club also dropped from the group", which would suggest they stopped being used. Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 16:05, 30 June 2014 (UTC)
- Add this flavor to the text so that the reader can make the proper inferences.--TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 22:58, 1 July 2014 (UTC)
- I'm not quite sure what you mean but I've added the club history source and clarified the text accordingly. Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 10:36, 2 July 2014 (UTC)

- The Duey Years and Later Tours
make 1st para chronological.--TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 15:03, 15 June 2014 (UTC)
"The tour was planned so that this competition would be at the beginning, but the boat the club were travelling on was nearly a day late arriving." Did they miss part of the competition?--TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 15:03, 15 June 2014 (UTC)
- Reworded Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 17:51, 16 June 2014 (UTC)
"The Glee Club also made appearances on the Dinah Shore Show, the Pat Boone Show,[33] and Ed Sullivan's "Toast of the Town"." What years?--TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 15:03, 15 June 2014 (UTC)
- Done (and copyedited to be place chronologically per earlier comment) Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 17:51, 16 June 2014 (UTC)
- The Modern Era
You must define an abbreviation like IMC before you use it.--TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 18:05, 15 June 2014 (UTC)
What's left to do with this? Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 16:05, 30 June 2014 (UTC)
- I have PASSed this article.--TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 06:37, 13 July 2014 (UTC)
Thanks Tony. I now await a Glee Club performance of "Sit on My Face"... Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 14:39, 13 July 2014 (UTC)
