Withdrawal of U.S. troops from Iraq (2020)Partial withdrawal of U.S. troops from Iraq (2020) – Titles gives the impression that all (or almost all) troops either have been withdrawn, or that there is an agreed plan to do so this year. This is not the case. Yes, the Iraqi parliament voted to kick them out, but the vote was non-binding on the government, and in February, the Iraqi government invited the coalition to stay. See this.
