The Special Barnstar
is hereby awarded to APK for being in the wrong place at the wrong time, invoking the wrath of David's stalker, and still coming out of it with damned good hair. APK is entitled to all the rights (wrongs) and privileges (extra work) associated with this barnstar. Given by my hand, this 26th day of March, 2008, and sealed with the great seal of good humour (though not the ice cream kind, because that would drip on the star and get it all icky). - Philippe | Talk 02:19, 27 March 2008 (UTC)
The Content Creativity Barnstar
Great job with Old Stone House (Washington, D.C.)! A perfect example of what a new article should look like: well referenced, well thought out, and it even has art! - Philippe 19:43, 27 April 2008 (UTC)

The Original Barnstar
Regardless of whatever sorts of attacks you receive, regardless of whatever sorts of persecution you receive, for some damn reason, you continue to contribute to Wikipedia in a positive way. It hasn't gone unnoticed, particularly, you're most recent article, Bennett Bunn Plantation, which is a great article! Keep up the good work! Cheers, Keeper | 76 | Disclaimer 21:21, 2 May 2008 (UTC)

The Excellent Userpage Award
For your excellently designed userpage, parts of which are really funny stuff. Cirt (talk) 22:11, 17 April 2009 (UTC)
I am heavily (read " emotionally ") involved with a bunch of American sculptors - the articles of whom you have been ruthlessly removing crap from. For that I award you the seldom coveted Thumbs Up Award . Life is supposed to be interesting. Einar aka Carptrash (talk) 21:03, 22 July 2009 (UTC)

I just saw your additions to Grant Road Historic District. Very nice job. I just moved out of the neighborhood and have thought for a while that that article deserves better. Going back a while, I referenced a number of the articles you expanded, particularly Dupont Circle Fountain, when writing my first GA, Peter Muhlenberg Memorial. Currently working on some articles about 20th century Maine newspaper publishers, but one of these days, I'm gonna get Tenley Campus up to GA status! Cheers!
