Hey, I'm Taffer (also known as Larry, Tiffany, and (Redacted) according to various editors, none of which are my name). I mostly do janitor work such as reverting vandalism and unconstructive edits, but I sometimes bounce around trying to clean up articles, remove unreliable sources, etc. My main area of focus is on cleaning up mentions of and articles about transgender people to comply with policies on gender identity, and I closely monitor recent changes for edits with mass pronoun change or possible vandalism tags. While more preference than policy, I've also written the essay LGBT phrases to be avoided detailing a couple common phrases that I'm slowly working on adjusting where appropriate.
