I'm using this as a distraction for other things I really should be doing. I spend most of my free time doing IRC work. I hope to be a major computer programmer someday. I've taught myself Perl, Python, SQL, BaSH, and TI-Basic. The rest of those you under the User Boxes I've taking some sort of formal instruction on (yes, even English and Spanish).
The most real software I've written is for IRC, usually for myself, but then I decide to open it up because others want to use it as well. I've written unofficial modules for InspIRCd and Atheme IRC Services. I'm am the current maintainer for the Janus Inter-Network Channel Linker, and I've written a modular event-driven, and slightly object-oriented IRC Bot in Perl known as Aspire, with a Python counterpart.
