MBisanz Good luck, and have fun. --MBisanz talk 07:15, 5 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please avoid changing the team squad before it is officially announced. The squad numbers you changed are completely unsourced, probably because they just weren't announced yet, so I reverted them all. So, please, do not change numbers and/or players before of an official announcement. Thank you, --Angelo (talk) 11:06, 10 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Once again, do not change/set jersey numbers before they're made official. It could easily be considered vandalism, with all the possible consequences. --Angelo (talk) 13:48, 10 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Birmingham City squad numbers

[edit]

Hi, please would you not change squad numbers until the club releases the official squad list, which they haven't yet. Also, you changed a couple of the players details in the list, e.g. you changed [[Martin Taylor (footballer born 1979)|Martin Taylor]] to just [[Martin Taylor]]. The first part, before the "|" character, is the name of Taylor's individual wiki article. So taking it out meant that clicking on his name in the squad list reached the page Martin Taylor, which is a page with links to all the Martin Taylors on Wikipedia, rather than going straight to the Birmingham player's page. cheers, Struway2 (talk) 11:09, 18 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

FC Barcelona squad numbers

[edit]

Same as above for FC Barcelona. Please do not change squad numbers unless you provide reliable sources justifying the change. Thank you for your attention. -- Alexf42 11:38, 23 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Why did you remove the 2nd string players from the roster? – Michael (talk) 21:53, 22 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

PFC CSKA Sofia

[edit]

Hi. Your addition of a line-up on the PFC CSKA Sofia page without any reference constitutes original research and as such isn't suitable for a Wikipedia article. Dancarney (talk) 09:20, 7 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You're now making a load of changes that take the Current Squad section away from the Manual of Style for football clubs. Please read this before making any further edits.Dancarney (talk) 09:59, 7 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add original research or novel syntheses of previously published material to our articles as you apparently did to PFC CSKA Sofia. Please cite a reliable source for all of your information. Thank you.

Whitecaps

[edit]

You seem to have confused the USSF-D2 final Whitecaps team Vancouver Whitecaps (1986–2010) with the MLS Vancouver Whitecaps FC who are about to start play. --Walter Görlitz (talk) 08:27, 10 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Belarusian clubs

[edit]

Hi. I see you are editing squads for Belarusian clubs, like Neman Grodno. Where are you taking players numbers from? If you are using club's official website then I advise to not do so because the club squad page is almost always outdated until the new league season starts (April) for almost every club. I'm using the numbers that teams use in quarterfinals and semifinals of the current Belarusian Cup (for example [1]).

Also, I'm asking you not to delete any departed players from the teams pages until they find a new team (there quite a few such players as of mid-March) because it become harder to monitor these players in the future. I am closely monitoring all Belarusian transfers and make all changes as soon as they are reported, but not uptil the departed player officially joins new team. When the league starts, I'll delete all free agents myself. I also always edit each player's page to reflect the transfer, while you do not. -NineInchRuiner (talk) 20:03, 20 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

U.S. Pergocrema 1932

[edit]

Could you provide any source for the new season squad. Just a reminder transfermarketweb is NOT a reliable source as that place just accept anyone to submit information but no filtering/admin to verify, unlike wikipedia need citation/external reliable source. Czech football clubs

[edit]

Hi. Thanks for your recent edits of Czech football teams. I am a little concerned that some of these edits, which may be correct, are not supported by the referenced sources. As per WP:A, Wikipedia is a place for material which can be attributed to published sources, before being a place of "truth". With this in mind, I have reverted some of your recent edits. If you would like to discuss this, please contact me on my talk page. Regards, Cloudz679 (talk) 16:57, 17 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article 1. FC Slovácko, please cite a reliable source for your addition. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. See Wikipedia:Citing sources for how to cite sources, and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Cloudz679 (talk) 21:17, 21 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add or change content without verifying it by citing reliable sources, as you did to FK Teplice. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Cloudz679 (talk) 06:33, 24 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

FC Veszprém

[edit]

You've updated the squad-list for FC Veszprém, which is great, but please add a referance or a source. Cause if you don't it is considered "Original research" and that violates Wikipedia policies. Mentoz86 (talk) 16:36, 6 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Red links.

[edit]

Hi, and thanks for trying to keep current squads up-to-date, but as others have told you before - please cite your changes.

  • In Sandefjord Fotball's article you have added Lars Sætra, who was on loan last season, back into the squad. What is your source that he made the move permanent?
  • In Molde FK you have removed the talented youngster Torjus Aaland from the squad without explanation. Where did he go, and where is your source?

Also: Please don't remove red links from footballers names in Norwegian football clubs "current squad" sections. (like Christian Follerås in Start, and Jacob Falch Meidell in Molde) Even though it looks better without the red links, red links means that theose players have played in Tippeligaen and are notable for an own article on wikipedia. Yes, there might be some red links that aren't notable and vice versa, but please stop remove red links unless you know that they haven't played in Tippeligaen. I am monitoring ALL Norwegian clubs and watching most of your edits, and if you don't start coop with wikipedia's policies I'd have to report you which could lead to a block. Have a pleasant day. Mentoz86 (talk) 11:28, 5 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

You did it again: [2]. Please stop removing wikilinks from notable players - it's quite disturbing! Mentoz86 (talk) 21:50, 28 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. When you recently edited K. Sint-Truidense V.V., you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Slovan Bratislava (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at IK Start. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Try to find reliable sources for your edits, instead of just guessing where players will transfer. Thomas Holm will play for Fredrikstad FK next year, and that was official before you added his name to Start's current squad. Mentoz86 (talk) 19:45, 15 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Bracamonte! As a Steward I'm involved in the upcoming unification of all accounts organized by the Wikimedia Foundation (see m:Single User Login finalisation announcement). By looking at your account, I realized that you don't have a global account yet. In order to secure your name, I recommend you to create such account on your own by submitting your password on Special:MergeAccount and unifying your local accounts. If you have any problems with doing that or further questions, please don't hesitate to contact me on my talk page. Cheers, —DerHexer (Talk) 11:11, 18 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Delfino Pescara 1936, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Andrea Rossi. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Invitation to join New pages patrol

[edit]

Hello Bracamonte!

  • The New Pages Patrol is currently struggling to keep up with the influx of new articles needing review. We could use a few extra hands to help.
  • We think that someone with your activity and experience is very likely to meet the guidelines for granting.
  • Reviewing/patrolling a page doesn't take much time, but it requires a strong understanding of Wikipedia’s CSD policy and notability guidelines.
  • Kindly read the tutorial before making your decision, and feel free to post on the project talk page with questions.
  • If patrolling new pages is something you'd be willing to help out with, please consider applying here.

Thank you for your consideration. We hope to see you around!
