Another editor has added the "{{prod}}" template to the article Roger kohn, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at its talk page. If you remove the {{prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Oh Dear - (Don't Panic!)

Hi Pamela, I see you are having a baptism of fire here! First; to change an article name you click on "Move this page" underneath the bottom of the article; then type in the name; give a reason in the box provided - and go! Re the above I'll delete the deletion tag and they may or may not ever come back - Happy New Year - Sarah777 (talk) 17:31, 1 January 2008 (UTC)

OK, I fixed the categories on Roger Kohn and the "delete" tag is gone; so keep on editing! Sarah777 (talk) 17:37, 1 January 2008 (UTC)

A tag has been placed on Image:Buggery by numbers 28-55-2.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I2 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an image page for a missing or corrupt image or an empty image description page for a Commons-hosted image.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on [[Talk:Image:Buggery by numbers 28-55-2.jpg|the article's talk page]] explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. --uǝʌǝsʎʇɹnoɟʇs(st47) 20:33, 2 January 2008 (UTC)

Duplicate images uploaded

Thanks for uploading Image:Buggery by numbers 28-55-2.jpg. A machine-controlled robot account noticed that you also uploaded the same image under the name Image:Roger Kohn, Buggery by Numbers (28-55).jpg. The copy called Image:Roger Kohn, Buggery by Numbers (28-55).jpg has been marked for speedy deletion since it is redundant. If this sounds okay to you, there is no need for you to take any action.

This is an automated message- you have not upset or annoyed anyone, and you do not need to respond. In the future, you may save yourself some confusion if you supply a meaningful file name and refer to 'my contributions' to remind yourself exactly which name you chose (file names are case sensitive, including the extension) so that you won't lose track of your uploads. For tips on good file naming, see Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions about this notice, or feel that the deletion is inappropriate, please contact User:Staecker, who operates the robot account. Staeckerbot (talk) 20:44, 2 January 2008 (UTC)

Hi Pamela. I'm at a bit of a loss myself! Fifteen in-line refs in an article of that size seems pretty good to me. Maybe Ww will explain the specific bits of information he reckons still need a reference. He watches my page (where I also posted this reply) like a hawk so we might get lucky! Don't worry too much the article is excellent - he probably wants you to drive it to a B class :) Sarah777 (talk) 23:21, 20 January 2008 (UTC)

Mount Street

Love the photo of the little green guy on Mount Street. Gotta say I really like Gillespie's work! It has, y'know...electricity. Sarah777 (talk) 21:30, 28 January 2008 (UTC)

Thanks! It was worth the wait I think!! ...got of couple more photo's he gave me permission for that I couldnt upload!! They are of Yeats and James Joyce. Very annoyng..think its the colour or something, gonna see if I can get a friend to change the colour to RGB for me!! Wasnt quite sure how to make a new line in the gallery either! Do you just press return or am I missing a vital piece of code here!Pamela Gardiner (talk) 21:48, 28 January 2008 (UTC)

Hi, please remember to add messages to the bottom of a talk page, your message at WP:BIRDS nearly got overlooked. I've had a run through the article and tweaked it a bit, any queries, let me know, jimfbleak (talk) 18:36, 5 June 2008 (UTC)

PS, just realised we both went to KCL! jimfbleak (talk) 18:37, 5 June 2008 (UTC)

Could you please provide a link to where the photographer agreed to release the image? J Milburn (talk) 21:21, 12 June 2008 (UTC)

Here [1]. I've only used one so far.

No, sorry, you misunderstand- where did the person who took the image say that it was released under a CC license? J Milburn (talk) 21:30, 12 June 2008 (UTC)

..do you mean the email I forwarded to wiki permissions?Pamela Gardiner (talk) 21:33, 12 June 2008 (UTC) Not sure how to provide a link to an email? Maybe I'm just being dumb!

Ah, that's fine then. Didn't realise an email had been forwarded- an OTRSer will deal with this shortly. J Milburn (talk) 17:35, 13 June 2008 (UTC)

Hi Pamela Gardiner

Your article on the above-captioned topic does not actually cite any third-party sources, which is a key element of demonstrating notability. While I don't actually question the notability of the subject, this needs to be addressed. A quick Google search turned up a profile in The Guardian, and I'm sure there are other. May I suggest that you seek to add reliable third-party sources for the article?

Rgds Bongomatic (talk) 07:22, 15 October 2008 (UTC) Hi Bongomatic

Point taken, will see what I can do. Thanx. Pamela Gardiner (talk) 18:18, 16 October 2008 (UTC)
