- Why? I'm working on editing it. Just give me a while.--Swellman 04:33, 5 July 2007 (UTC)
The plot description is a copyvio from the yahoo linked page. Please don't re-add it. Corvus cornix 04:56, 5 July 2007 (UTC)
- Would it help if I re-worded it?--Swellman 19:26, 5 July 2007 (UTC)

Every time I see your name editing the South Park articles on my watchlist, I know that the edits can be trusted and always contribute in the best way; you're helping to bring the South Park episodes up to a brilliant standard, so keep up the great work! ≈ The Haunted Angel 00:50, 9 October 2007 (UTC) |
- Thank you for the barnstar returned ^_^ ≈ The Haunted Angel 01:40, 9 October 2007 (UTC)
No problem.--Swellman 01:40, 9 October 2007 (UTC)
- I second that motion. I've been trying to improve South Park articles for awhile, and I've recently begun noticing your edits. Unlike most people, your edits improve the flow and relevance of the articles. Keep up the good work, it's nice to have other good forces at work in this section. [edit]oops sorry I meant to put a link to Sceptre not you, sorry for the confusion. I really like the request for comment to help open the discussion more. Thanks! -- UKPhoenix79 03:01, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
- Southpark Deaths seam to be notable especially when it comes to Kenny who's death is never permanent (aside from one season) So since this is the first time that either Stan or Cartman have dies on the show isn't this noteworthy? -- UKPhoenix79 (talk) 23:09, 16 November 2007 (UTC)
It's mentioned in the plot section that ALL of the characters in imaginationland (including Stan and Cartman) were killed by the nuke. Does it REALLY deserve it's own section in the article (especially since it's already been mentioned)? AT MOST it could be added to a trivia section, but I wouldn't recommend it, because 1. the article doesn't have a trivia section (which is good, that means that all of the relevant trivia has been integrated into the rest of the article) and 2. it's already mentioned. See WP:Trivia:
"Some facts may belong in existing sections; others can be grouped into a new section of related material."
According to this guideline, re-adding such a trivial fact to a different section of the article wouldn't be too much of a good choice, since it has already been integrated into a relevant section.
As for why Kenny's death is far more deserving of it's own special mention in the article, it is a landmark of the show. South Park is well known for it's constant killing of Kenny. It used to happen in nearly every episode. Even THAT is debatable as to whether or not it deserves its own section in an article. Their have been a few debates on it in the past. I actually think that there should be an infobox for south park episodes specifically, such as the infobox they use for Simpsons Episodes, and that Kenny's death should just be mentioned in the infobox. --Swellman (talk) 02:37, 17 November 2007 (UTC)
- Fair enough, but it should be stated someplace that this is the first time that they have ever been killed off in the show. If it ever comes up to add Kennie's death into the infobox give me a holler, I think that is a great idea! Talk to you later -- UKPhoenix79 (talk) 11:17, 17 November 2007 (UTC)

An invitation to join WikiProject Ohio
[edit]Hi, you are listed under Category:Wikipedians in Ohio or one of its subcategories. WikiProject Ohio has been slowing down and we're looking for active Ohioans to turn that around! But first, let us introduce ourselves; we're a group of editors working to improve Wikipedia's coverage of topics related to Ohio and we're sure there's somewhere you'll fit in just fine. The project's departments include article quality assessment: We have over 5,000 articles to assess for class alone, newsletter writing: This has been delayed by a few months, and new page patrolling: Which has also been slowing down. We also have a newly formed taskforce on our over 1,000 townships at WP:OHTWP.
We have 132 members, many of which are not active within the project. If you are listed there and still received this message please accept the auotmated porcess's apologies. If you are interested in joining us please list you name here. If you're not interested please note this is a one time invite and you will never hear from us again.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to leave a message at our talkpage or with any member of the project, we'll be happy to answer any of your questions. We look forward to seeing you around!

Replaceable fair use Image:Lakershaq.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Lakershaq.jpg. I noticed the description page specifies that the media is being used under a claim of fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this media is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the media description page and edit it to add
{{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}
, without deleting the original replaceable fair use template. - On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per our non-free content policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Skier Dude (talk) 00:07, 12 October 2009 (UTC)
