Non-notable gTLD - only 4500 registered domains according to the article itself. The article itself is mostly unrelated material (generic stuff about gTLDs) and the rest is original research and original synthesis (e.g. "designated for computer programming associations such as the Python Software Foundation and the Wikimedia Foundation").
