Delete per nom, and WP:TNT and WP:NOTRESUME. Even if this person was notable, its an irredeemable mess. It's full of red links and many a non-sequitur. It's basically a run of the mill resume. I can't see any evidence of notability at all. Bearian (talk) 13:39, 30 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
