Bilel Henider

The source provided [1] proves that he hasn't played in the league, a league that isn't even fully professional. Delete. Fails WP:ATHLETE as he has yet to play at a fully professional level, and a quick Google search only brings up two match reports and a shedload of Wiki mirrors and profile pages, which aren't enough to satisfy general notability guidelines.
