Not getting useful GHits on what comes up in the aerials as a big building, two swimming pools (one empty), a large foundation and several smaller buildings. Best guess would be some sort of recreational facility, but as I said, I'm not getting any good info. Mangoe (talk) 05:00, 2 January 2023 (UTC)

- Delete. This is a populated place, but it appears to simply be a name for Yavapai County Parcel 204-01-012E. The owner lives in Idaho, and the property contains a single-family home as well as guest house facilities. But I don't think that this is the sort of thing that legally recognized populated places refers to, and it doesn't appear to pass WP:GNG. — Red-tailed hawk (nest) 19:26, 8 January 2023 (UTC)
