Yes, I know I'm doing a lot of AfD's today, but I"m doing my research first. This is just another non-notable dead mall that fails WP:RS and WP:V. You're not likely to find any refs on this. "Century Consumer Mail -wikipedia" yields zero ghits. Apparently, my glasses need cleaning as that says mall not mail. Still, delete.
