- So what you're saying is that just because Google doesn't post it, the author can't be posted? Google doesn't bring up every author, you know. Especially not in Northern Ontario. Encyclopediae are supposed to cover as much knowledge as possible. If you really want, I'll send you a copy of the book. It's entitled "The Rest Has Yet to Be Written", published by "PublishAmerica". Just look up Bernardi in the North Bay phone book; there are only two families with that last name. Hint: Don't start in alphabetical order. Sheesh. (comment left by User:24.235.185.65}

Now if he had managed to get a regular publisher interested in his work or if he could present sales figures we could discuss if this should be kept, but since he couldn't this screams vanity. - No, what I'm saying is that to be on Wikipedia, a writer has to (a) make a bestseller list, (b) win a major literary award, (c) be generally accepted as an important influence on the development of a national literature or a genre, or (d) meet some other criterion which proves that they're notable. - Yes, PublishAmerica is a known vanity/POD publisher, saddly of the somewhat notorious kind (the type depicted in "Foucault's Pendulum"). Interesting article about them in the Washington Post, by the way. Dxco 00:57, 28 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]
